Ideal for families and groups of friends, this wheelchair accessible dorma bungalow can sleep up to five guests across three bedrooms. Boasting free WiFi and on-site parking, the property acts as a great base for exploring the North East of England.
The Space:
Forest Close has a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. The perfect place to socialise with your loved ones, you can relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy meals together at the dining table.
Patio doors from the dining area open onto a large, enclosed garden, the ideal space for the younger guests to run around.
Forest Close’s modern kitchen is well-equipped for cooking during your stay, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and fridge-freezer. A large selection of cookware, dinnerware and cutlery is also provided, and you can enjoy the added luxury of the dishwasher.
The bedrooms are split across the two floors with two bedrooms located on the ground floor at Forest Close. The first bedroom features a single bed and ample storage for your belongings, whilst the second bedroom is home to a double bed, along with a good-sized wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The master suite is located on the first floor. This exceptionally large, peaceful space features a super-king bed, flat screen tv and drawer storage. The ensuite shower room features a walk-in shower, WC, basin, and a heated towel rail.
The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor. This spacious room includes an accessible walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, a wash basin, and a WC.
There are parking bays outside the property and additional guest parking at the end of the road.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
