Summary: The elevator has been broken for a month so you're force to carry your belongings up 3 flights. Theres roaches, key card work when it wanted. Imagine a fight is happening and all you want to do is open your door before it gets fatal, after 7 tries the door finally unlock. I wanted to check out when i drove in. That no refunds policy force me to stay a full week.
