Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu & the surrounding mountains throughout the apartment. The property is located within the Kawarau Village which is 10 mins from Queenstown central by car or water taxi. There is two great restaurant, on the door step, you can also pay to use the Hilton day spa & swimming pool. Frankton shopping centre is a 5 min drive. Remarkables ski field is just around the corner. All rooms are on the second floor. Sorry we DO NOT host children under 12

There is your own private parking. Open planned kitchen, dinning, living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a meal together.
The Master bedroom has amazing views of the Remarkable Mountains from the bay window. It has a super comfy King bed, wardrobes so that you can unpack and make yourself at home. It also has its own ensuite with large shower
The second bedroom has either a Super King bed or two singles depending on the set up you would prefer. It also has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower.
There is a gas fire as well as heat pump and underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm.
There is no access to the garage
we do not host children under 12
We ask that there is no running or jumping around as this can be heard in the apartment downstairs
Please note this property is NON SMOKING including the outdoor areas.
