Positive: Very spacious clean modern room with king bed and kitchen, full set of dining ware. Real convenient to airport. Reasonable rates. Plenty of outlets and excellent lighting in room. Free parking. Complimentary coffee in lobby. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Minor: pillows overly large and poorly compressible- not good for my sore neck! Shop items (snacks, etc) way overpriced- $6 for small can of beer,$8 for a can of wine. Breakfast was forgettable, but typical of area- egg patties looked like from a mix? No shuttle to PHX visible during my stay. Accessible shower leaked all over bathroom floor.
