We would like to invite you to relax & have fun at our family's vacation home. Sit back and enjoy this 2,300 sq. foot lake home on Nolin River Lake next to Moutardier resort and Marina.
Once inside, guests enjoy an interior professionally decorated and designed in style with all luxury amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cookware and dinnerware for ten. We try to have everything you could need or want while on vacation. There is an open family room with leather sectional seating to enjoy the big screen TV, DirecTV, Bose Surround Sound, DVD and Gas fireplace. This house also comes with FREE high speed wireless internet.
Master Suite boasts 700 sf of total bliss, from the luxury 500 thread count linens, king size bed with Pillow top mattress, LCD television, six foot soaking tub with a walk in tile shower. But the best feature of all is the view that encompasses you. Whether you are soaking in the tub, reading a book or lying in bed, you will be awestruck by the morning sunrise rising from the hillside.
Home is located only 1 mile from the full service Moutardier Marina and Campground. Rent a pontoon, jet ski or runabout boat for the day or bring your own.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay - house is very clean and as pictured. We enjoyed being reasonably close to a mammoth Cave and also to Bowling Green for Corvette museum. Plenty of space for our family of four plus small dog. The only quirk to house is it is VERY open. The doors have open panels at top, the main spaces are open, the master bath is open to bedroom. So if you are light sleepers it may not be as comfortable for you as a more traditional layout
