This home is one mile from the Eureka Springs Downtown Shopping District and is on the trolley route; therefore, no matter what everyone wants to do - swim, boat, fish, shop, dine, or just relax in the woods - this house has it all! There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer, and you are only eight miles from Beaver Lake.
This home is hidden away at the end of a private drive, surrounded by woods with plenty of open grassy areas for yard games. The entry to the house is ground level. Walk to the pool via the gently sloped yard (no steps).
This house is fun and eclectic. There is a sunken living area. The full kitchen has flair with its cool, restaurant-style booth great for card games or puzzles and retro island with soda-counter bar stools. A formal dining room is not far away. The sun porch is located on the southeast corner of the house, making it the perfect space to read and enjoy your favorite morning beverage. There is also a smart TV to catch up on the morning news. The sunken living area has a smart TV and a second sitting area for conversation.
The opposite end of the main level has a large family suite. The washer/dryer is also located on this side of the home. There are several decks with outdoor dining tables and chairs with access from multiple rooms on the main level. Downstairs, the game room with a pool table is at the end of the hall with a patio door that leads to the saltwater swimming pool, which was replastered and rebuilt in 2019. The pool has a changing room and a shower, and there is a roof over part of the patio area next to the pool for lounging in the shade.
