This Beautifully renovated sun filled 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is centrally located downtown in the village of Jamestown. Walking distance to Jamestown's shops, restaurants, bars, marina, harbor and beach. The property is situated on a half-acre lot, with an in-ground saltwater swimming pool, gas grill and a large patio for lots of outdoor living.
The interior of the home features a fully equipped eat in kitchen with seating up to eight. The pool can be accessed off the kitchen or the adjacent living area through sliding glass doors that overlook the pool. For added versatility the home offers two separate living areas for relaxing and watching TV.
The four-bedrooms are located on the main level, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath, air conditioning and is entered through the separate living area of the home.
