Positive: Breakfast is excellent, location perfect, and facility nicely appointed.
Negative: Staff not particularly friendly except for evening receptionist (Jocelyn?) who was delightfully personable. Stayed three nights but received no housekeeping and had to ask for sheets, pillow, and blanket for pullout bed (we booked a room for three people).
Summary: Nice facility and would definitely recommend. Clarify housekeeping policy before check-in.
