Las Casas de Caños is located in a little corner of paradise that is unique in the world: the Coast of Light. Nestling between the peaceful seaside village of Los Caños de Meca and the magical shade of the pine forest of La Breña nature park, our south-facing villas overlook the emblematic Trafalgar lighthouse, marking the western boundary between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The ideal destination for your next holiday in Spain. Casa Bella Sombra can only be reached by entering the Las Breñas nature park, along a dirt track lined with tall pine trees, to the secluded community of Cañada del Alamo. The area is quiet, private and traffic-free.
This 200 m² Mediterranean-style villa, located in an enclave of the La Breña nature park, offers exceptional views of the Trafalgar lighthouse, the sea and the pine trees. The ground floor comprises a 60 m² living room and two bedrooms/bathrooms. The first floor, accessible via an internal and external staircase, comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with fireplace and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have wall-mounted air-conditioning units.
The villa is surrounded by terraces and private corners of tranquillity, sheltered from view, sun and wind. The swimming pool, surrounded by walls and vegetation, isolates the villa from its neighbours 20 metres away.
The ground floor comprises a 50 m² summer lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and WC, and a summer kitchen. The first floor, accessible via an internal and external staircase, comprises a large 60 m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, an open-plan fitted kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and WCs. On both the ground and first floors, the villa is surrounded by 80 m² of outdoor or covered terraces, equipped with garden furniture and offering protection from glare, sun and wind. The sunken swimming pool is surrounded by walls and oleanders.
