2 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Bedding and Wellness Facilities

Our cottage (70 sqm) is the most beautiful beach in about 300m away. We offer you an exclusive holiday house - is furnished and has everything to comfort, to be desired - blue as the sea and yellow like the sun.
Two bedrooms and two baths are ideal for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
The ground floor has a living / dining room with access to the sunny terrace and the dinky garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The dining room has. A large table with 6 chairs, living room a comfortable leather sofa (sofa bed), a comfortable chair with reclining function and other rattan armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD radio Wi-Fi is available, the code will be determined on site.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), the second on composable single beds (2x 90x200 cm). A cot with mattress is available and can be installed in both rooms. There is a lot of cupboard space. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtains to darken.
Kitchen: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and microwave. High quality equipment for 6 people. Stylish china and cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture (incl. Conditions) and a comfortable beach chair.
Desk is in the basement a cart and two good touring bikes (Giant, 7 speed) is available.
Washing machine (Miele) and dryer are in the basement.
ANIMAL HOUSE The house is FREE - no exceptions are possible.
Our service 'as in the hotel' on arrival: Upon arrival you will get made beds and a linen package per person. You also get a kitchen set (dishwashing liquid, dish cloth, tea towel) and an initial supply of toilet paper.

Summary: We came over from the UK with our 2 boys who are 6 and 2. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed, even extra things like buckets and spades in the cellar! The photos and information are accurate. It was 5 minutes walk to the lovely safe sandy beach which goes on for miles. It was a little too far for our children to walk into the centre of Timmendorfer Strand and back so we had to drive or get the bus to go there. We adults also used the bicycles provided to go into the town which has great shops and restaurants. However Niendorf Harbour was nearer, which is also lovely and very interesting. We enjoyed day trips to Lubeck and Hamburg very much. Everyone we met was very helpful to us and kind with our boys and there were lots of playgrounds which are so important for children! The only problem was that our English phones made it difficult to contact the cleaning lady to get the house keys when we arrived, however when we sorted this out she met us there straight away. We would recommend this holiday house, and indeed a holiday in Timmendorfer Strand to others!
