My place is close to Place Stéphanie, Avenue Louise, Palais du Justice. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
This exceptional and luxury two level penthouse is located on the 4th and top floor (with no elevator) of a beautiful listed building that has just been completely renovated. it is overlooking the prestigious "Place Stephanie". It features 220 square meters with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleep up to 8 guests.
The spacious living is filled with sunlight through a skylight, multitude windows and is equipped with a very comfortable sofa , from interior designer Timothy Houlton, a nice coffee table a large cable TV and equipment such as 40 TV channels, direct phone line, high speed Internet and as well a copie/fax machine and a laser printer
The dining room offers a modern table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the laundry room
The master bedroom (Queen size bed) suite comprises a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a wardrobe as well as a large flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it is sharing the bathroom with the other room. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. It has also a direct access to its ensuite bathroom. There are 2 and half bathrooms that include 3 toilets. The 4th bedroom is on the top level, and has 2 single beds and a lovely terrace with flowers and 2 bistro table and chairs.

IF you get off the airport train at Gare du Midi / Zuidstation (the next stop after Gare Centrale):You can take the Metro directly from Gare du Midi to Avenue Louise (Line 2 direction Simonis, 3 stops). From Avenue Louise the apartment is within walking distance (5-10 minutes). You should follow Avenue Louise and walk straight towards Place Stephanie. You will pass shops and restaurants including Burger King, Haagen Daas, Inno and Zara on your way. Get out the tram at Place Stéphanie, walk on the Chaussée de Charleroi and take the second right.
