Summary: This apartment was in an excellent, central location. It is a cross a small street and the cute train tracks to waterfront restaurants and the marina. The view is beautiful. The beach is a very short walk away. Each night a musician was sitting directly across from our apartment by the restaurants playing and we could open our balcony doors and have a private show. Parking is very difficult in the entire town, but there were two small lots nearby and we luckily were able to park fairly close. The property management company assigned an individual who is the local manager of the apartment for me to coordinate with. I reached out to that person a month before our trip and never received a reply. The day before check in, I reached out to her again because I had still not gotten any check in instructions or access code. She again did not reply and only once I reached out to the overarching property management company noting the difficulty did she respond to me. Once we arrived, I had a few questions that required an immediate response. I didn't hear from her for 36 hours. We needed to use the kitchen to make our meals and all of the markings on/around the oven knobs were completely worn off. The microwave had some type of short and worked intermittently. Be aware that there is a washing machine on an interior balcony with a clothesline, but no dryer. The clothesline hangs directly above a restaurant exhaust system so it is not possible to dry your clothes.
