Positive: Great location. House was mostly comfortable. Layout of first and second levels was good for our needs.
Negative: No mention of the incredibly steep and narrow stairs up to the second level. Hard to get anything but a carry-on suitcase up there. Not really three full baths as was described - it's 2.5. The sofa, and throws on them, as well as the blanket/bedspread in master bed, could have used a washing or replacement. Carpet on 3rd level and rugs on first and second floors could all use a good steam cleaning. There was no dishwasher fluid or pod for the dishwasher. The patio area had not been cleaned up/leaves blown/furniture cleaned in some time either.
Summary: Overall great location but probably would not select again.
