With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathroms, 2 living-room areas, a dining area with a huge table and fireplace, a large and fully stocked kitchen, private office space, and huge green yard including a large 25 x 50 feet swimming-pool (4-10 feet deep), this historic home ensures comfort and privacy for a great group stay! This fully renovated home has a hot tub for 6-8 guests and sleeps up to 14 people. This is a fully renovated historic home in Cheshire, MA with 6 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 shared bathrooms. There's a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining area with fireplace, two living-room areas (one with fireplace), a private office, and ample space for everyone's comfort. You can unwind in a hot tub for 6-8 adults, have fun in the huge swimming-pool outside (25 feet by 50 feet, with a 4 ft shallow end and a 10 foot deep end). Ideal for families and groups. Parking: Up to 3 vehicles can be parked along the left side of the house, and up to 6 vehicles can fit along the U-shaped drive depending on how they're laid out. So, paking for up to 9 vehicles in total! 4WD recommended: Our driveway is flat, packed dirt. However we do recommend 4WD to drive in the area, and winter tires for the snow! Pets: Pups are welcome with a $100 + tax for one dog, $150 + tax for two, and $200 + tax for three. If you plan on bringing more than three pups, please reach out to us as additional approval may be required. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional feed for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues. Heat and air conditioning: There's steam radiators for heat and AC window units at the house.
