Positive: the views were amazing and this house had everything well place and a place for everything. the detail to the design was amazing.

Negative: the directions were a bit sketchy and should include that there is a Lee Gualtney Rd as well as a Gualtney Rd. and to follow only the Gualtney Rd directions. a bit confusing.
