High Tide Hacienda is a vacation rental canal home located in the subdivision of Tropic Isle in Flour Bluff, Texas. Conveniently located to Corpus Christi dining, shopping, grocery stores, fishing piers, as well as, surf, jetty and bay fishing on the Laguna Madre. The Packary Channel is just six minutes away by car and there are plenty of places on The Island to enjoy miles of beach. This three bedroom, two bath canal home offers a large fenced back yard, outdoor food prep area, charcoal grill, private swimming pool, and boat dock with fish cleaning station. High Tide Hacienda sleeps 8-9 guests and you must be at least 25 years old to rent this canal home.
Entry and Formal Dining Area
The door entry is on a keyless deadbolt lock system and guests will be given an access code for their stay. Just off the entry is a formal dining table for eight guests.
Living Area
Just past the formal dining area is a large living space and sitting/reading area. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and an entertainment center with family board games. Above the gas fireplace is a 60" streaming television with basic television service and AT&T internet service.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully furnished with full size stainless appliances including a french door refrigerator and freezer, gas stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, and K cup style coffee maker. There is an informal dining area for six guests.
Laundry Room & Computer Work Station
Between the kitchen and door way to the garage is where you will find a full size washer, dryer, and a computer workstation for those needing to work and play while you stay.
Primary En-suite
The primary bedroom is a large space which offers a king size bed and day bed with trundle. From the bedroom, you have access to the back yard through the sun room. There is a large clothing closet located to the left just inside the primary bathroom area. The bathroom has a dual vanity and a shower/tub combination. There are two ceiling fans inside the primary bedroom.
Bedroom Two & Three
Just down the hall from the primary bedroom are bedrooms two and three. Each guest bedroom has a queen size bed, AT&T wifi, closet space, and ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.
Outdoor Space
At the back of the house you will find a screened sunroom which overlooks the private pool, back yard, and outdoor food prep area. It is an awesome space to get out of the sun, relax, and still be able to watch the kids play. There is a trunk by the pool filled with pool toys and floats which you are welcome to use. Please do not put sand toys inside the trunk. Guests will also have access to the garage. Parking is limited to 4 mid size vehicles.

Glass containers are NOT allowed in the pool or around the pool area. Broken glass is very hazardous to unsuspecting guests and will destroy the pool pump.
This is a NO Smoking home. The home owners have ash trays outside and expect guests to use them...outside.

Summary: Great, clean place. Great communication with property management. Only detail was when we arrived pool was getting cleaned with chemicals, we couldn't enjoy pool that afternoon until next morning. Do recommend and would definitely visit again.
