Walk to St. Charles and hop on the streetcar to the French Quarter, Uptown, Audubon Park and Zoo, Tulane, the National WWII museum, sightseeing and much more!! Or catch the Magazine Street bus line to downtown and the zoo. Near Second Line Stages in the Lower Garden District and the Convention Center in the Warehouse District.
Stay in a true New Orleans home, circa1852 …hardwood floors, high ceilings, original fireplace mantle (non-working), ceiling fans, and a cozy brick patio (perfect for sipping cocktails, coffee, or iced tea). This is a fully furnished, well appointed, 700 sq ft, 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment located within a historic home. Plenty of closet space for any length of stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher. There are dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffeemaker - everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The living room and bedroom both have a flat screen TVs with Roku, AT&TV Now, and Amazon Prime. Wireless internet. Linens are provided.
This property is well maintained. It is a fully equipped apartment and was rented unfurnished for several years. It is now furnished as a guest house and occasionally offered for rent on a monthly basis. A minimum 30 day lease is required. I live in the main house.
