Spacious house with garden without vis-à-vis on ground of 16 000 m2 (forest) and swimming pool 8m × 4m heated (secured by fence and roller shutter for children) and swim against the current.
Come and enjoy the sun loungers surrounded by lavender, rosemary, oleander ... Swing, hut for the pleasure of the little ones.
Family house with 5 bedrooms in total including a master bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom on the ground floor also has a shower and sink and a double bed. Bathroom with corner whirlpool bath on the ground floor also.
There is a 5th independent bedroom with bunk bed (two places downstairs and one upstairs) and its bathroom with shower and toilet located behind our garage. (Fully independent access outside the house).
Very nice living room with fireplace that leads directly to the terrace and garden. Covered wooden terrace, plancha and parasol heating available to make the most of the evenings. There is also a games room with a crib as well as a playpen, umbrella beds also available. Baby foot, wii.
Very quiet but not isolated and nearby shops nearby.
All trips are possible by bike because the bike path that goes towards Cap Ferret on one side and Arcachon on the other is located 500m from the house. Market on Sunday morning at 800m from the house and bakery, tobacco / press, hairdresser ... Average surface at 3km.
