Take in Florida’s Emerald Coast in Luxury within the heart of Miramar Beach Florida. This Majestic Villa consisting of four bedrooms and four baths is in the highly sought-after tropical oasis of Saint Tropez. This lush, private gated community along the breathtaking 6 mile stretch of old scenic highway 98 consist of only 31 Mediterranean Villas, all connected by cobblestone streets and pathways. The six mile stretch of Old Scenic Highway 98 spans from Miramar Beach Fl on the East end to Destin Fl on the West end. All accessible via golf cart or vehicle. This Villa is new to the rental market having previously been a primary residence it has recently been remodeled to have the best of both worlds. Mediterranean on the exterior and a coastal whitewashed vibe on the interior. 90% of the interior has elaborate marble and porcelain flooring that will take your breath away. Having been the model house, no expense was spared on the finish outs. Haven’s Getaway has a great footprint that affords the Villa the only large cobblestone circle driveway in the community. Driveway is located just inside the security gate and easily accommodates parking for 6-8 vehicles. Hence, no worries about overnight parking restrictions. It also has an oversized pool level patio like no other around the pool, allowing it to accommodate ample space for dining table, loungers, and hammock with room to spare. The Villa has private deeded beach access, which is a mere 850 feet from the driveway. Access to a tropical 2000 square foot lagoon style pool and communal hot tub is only 10 feet from the Villa’s private pathway.
The ground level consists of two suites, both of which have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers and private French doors, which lead directly from the bedrooms to the ground level patio. A wet bar with wine cooler, coffee makers and microwave are also located on ground level just steps away from the patio or suites. Ground floor also includes a large fully equipped laundry room just off the majestic foyer that also has French doors leading to the patio.
Up the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor, you will find a spacious living room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator-freezer, Dacor oven, Bosch dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with bar seating, all open to the spacious living room and beautiful dining room which has a small balcony facing the front of the house. There is also a ½ bath located on the second floor. The Master Suite is located on the second floor as well, which has a king size bed, enormous walk-in closet with custom cabinetry, very large showr with multiple shower heads, and a high-end Kohler jetted soaking tub. This bathroom also has a TV. The second-floor balcony overlooking the pool is equipped with a natural gas BBQ grill. It has an oversized dining table with 8 swivel rocking chairs, whether you choose to dine in the formal dining room, on the balcony or poolside patio. There is enough room and seating for your entire family.
Up the next spiral staircase to the 3rd floor you will find the 4th and final bedroom that the kids affectionately call the Crow’s Nest. This bedroom has one set of custom built in bunk beds with individual lighting controls and power outlets. Custom cabinetry with an abundance of storage. The Crow’s Nest is lovingly stocked with multiple board games and a lounger for the kiddos.
