Positive: One of the cutest vacation homes we ever had! The house and the garden look really great (photos on booking.com are accurate). Everything is thought through and is made handy and with good taste. 1. Very responsive host - we got answers to our questions (via booking.com chat) within a couple of hours. 2. Clean house, not big but so cute! Everything is so nicely decorated. Kudos to the host - he has very good taste. 3. Very good and handy terrace in front of the house - we loved having breakfast and lunch there. There is also a bbq place and a pizza oven there. 4. Small plates restaurant Μεζετζίδικον Βογιατζής just 20 meters away - really good place, you can eat there for 10E per person. Two supermarkets at about 5 min walking distance. 5. Close to the airport: about 10 min drive. Easy to find location. Close to highway, but far enough from it not to get bothered by the cars.
Negative: 1. The village itself is rather boring - not much to do there except beaches and restaurants. 2. You can hear airplanes landing at Iraklion airport.
