The centric apartment offers all the confort and convenience you need during your stay; from ultra modern, confortable & spacious master living room, dining room and common areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area to a private Studio with TV and Leather Sofa Bed - on the 4th floor of a building conveniently located in the heart of Piantini.
The chic property has been furnished and decorated to the highest standards and includes fast-speed internet (WiFi), air-conditioning in all bedrooms & in-door areas and two private parking spaces.
Bedrooms comes with spacious closet organizers and are equipped with smartset alarm clock radios with bluetooth speaker, modern drawer dresser, full body & over the drawer dresser mirrors, stylish nightstands with bedside lamps and comfortable armchairs, premium bedding, memory foam mattress, curtains, blackout drapes, in-room safe, iron/iron boards and solid wood hangers.
The apartment has a total of 4 in-room beds, one leather sofa bed in the private TV studio and one rollaway extra single beds available upon request to be located in any common area, all with premium bedding (mattress pad, fitted & flat sheets and pillows), for a total of up to 6 beds.
Adjacent to the spacious and confortable living room, there is an 10-Seats fine wood table dining room with premium tableware, and the fully equipped kitchen.
GUESTS ACCESS
Guests has access to the entire property. Housekeeping service every three days is included for stays of four nights and up. Additional housekeeping services and/or food cooking services are provided, based on extra daily fees.
