This is our three bedroom, two bathroom floorplan with 1,417 square feet of living space. This floorplan offers a wrap-around patio with excellent views of the Mississippi River. It is a split floorplan with the master bedroom holding a king-size bed, while the two guest rooms hold a queen. The master bath offers a garden-style tub and a large linen cabinet, while the guest bath holds a standard tub with a linen cabinet. The living space is open concept with an island in the kitchen and large windows looking out over the RIVER!!
