Charming, quiet recently built detached backyard cottage in a downtown San Jose. Comfortable for 2-3 people. The cottage has two separate units. Within walking distance to City Hall, not far from the convention center, SJSU, SAP Center, bars, and restaurants. Anyone looking to experience San Jose will be sure pleased. The big grocery store and Ford GoBike rent station right across the street. This unit has included a Queen Bed and Loveseat Sleeper. The room is bright and very comfortable. Summary: Great all around. Only complaint is that the sink aerator in restroom needs replacement or cleaning. Water spraying in all directions. This was a minor detail. Property was nice and quiet. Private!
