The downstairs guest-bedroom includes a queen-sized alcove bed where you can fully relax. Additionally, it has a great theatre viewing experience, complete with a powerful split system AC, large Smart TV, Sonos Surround Sound, perfect for movies, sports, or your favorite shows. **Please note, the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for children under 12 years old, adult supervision in this area is required; additionally, the staircase can be rather steep for those with mobility issues. **
