Enjoy your Winter Park ski or summer vacation, long weekend holiday or spring break in a family and dog friendly private home located on the free Winter Park bus route just minutes from everything the Winter Park area has to offer. Tackle skiing and snowboarding at the Winter Park/Mary Jane resort, tubing at the Fraser tubing hill, and snowmobiling on one of the many tours or self-guided trails in the winter. Enjoy incredible fly fishing, hiking, world class mountain biking, 27 holes of majestic view golfing at Pole Creek and the popular music, wine and food festivals in the summer. Everything is just minutes away.
Catch the free Winter Park resort shuttle just off the end of the driveway and eliminate the hassle and cost of parking at the resort. The bus runs to downtown Winter Park, the resort area and Fraser and gets folks to all of the downtown shops and amenities.
Walk down the block from the house to Club Meadowridge for multiple outdoor hot tubs, outdoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis, and basketball. We include a guest pass to Club Meadowridge for our guests to use during their stay. Or, drive a few minutes to the Rec Center for an amazing indoor pool with a water slide. Our home is easy to get to and close to everything!
The home has a key-code deadbolt on the front door, so you never have to worry about juggling/losing keys for the property.
The kids will love making snow angels and snow forts in the winter in the front yard of our .7 acre lot. In the summer, the huge yard is great for croquet, badminton, volleyball, cornhole or kicking a soccer ball around. We have badminton, croquet, a volleyball net, tennis rackets, footballs, soccer and basketballs and a portable soccer net setup for the front yard for folks that like to play outdoors. The large log deck outdoor living area has 2 sofas, multiple dining tables, 4 chaise lounges for sunbathing and napping and a 6 burner stainless gas grill. The dogs will appreciate the dog door that leads out to the deck with access to an additional 5 ft high fenced area behind the house. We have a pack n' play and a high chair at the house for the little ones.
Upstairs has a master bedroom has with a king bed, a full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Main floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a bunk (twin/twin) with attached jack and jill bathroom. Main floor master bedroom has a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa with attached ensuite full bath. Main floor bedroom 3 has a bunk (full/full) and attached to jack and jill bathroom.
The home has a fully equipped hickory kitchen with stainless appliances, comfortable beds, LCD TVs in every bedroom and a huge stone fireplace in the living room. We supply stocked firewood so guests don't need to go pay by the bundle at the stores! Xfinity provided cable TV channels, HBO & Cinemax, hundreds of blu-rays and DVDs with surround sound, PS3, a BBQ grill, a basement with full size washer/dryer and a mud room off the garage with plenty of storage for your skis/snowboards/mountain bikes and gear.
We have room for RVs and snow machines and you can keep your vehicles out of the elements in the 2 car garage.
