Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location , good transport links, great size. Very comfy beds and plenty of towels.
Negative: Upstairs had not been vacuumed . Hair and other items all over the bedroom floors . Couldn’t use the coffee maker as no UK plug on it and no adapter. Random selection of glasses, mostly plastic , in the cupboard. Couldn’t easily lock the patio door and was asked to email a video of my attempt. Not at all an obvious locking system which took until midnight to resolve and a WA video. Responses were prompt and polite but for a short stay ( 2 nights) I spent too much time messaging and dealing with responses re the above.
Summary: Great space but more attention needed to details.
