This corner lot on Island Path boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, front porch areas, and large side deck (with propane grill and separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the side deck outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right near wonderful Hampton Beach. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, the third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and the living room has a sleep sofa. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking permitted on the property.

Summary: The house was spacious and had everything we needed and more! The outdoor shower was amazing and perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos after the beach. Linda and Bill were responsive and gracious hosts! We will be back!
