The large kitchen offers granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a bar with 4 barstools. The dining area that is open to the living area comfortably seats 6. The large master bedroom opens up to the lanai with a sliding glass door and has 2 walk-in closets with custom built ins. The large Master bathroom features a marble shower, linen closet and plenty of storage. One guest bedroom features a queen size bed with two nightstands, dresser and two closets. A second guest bedroom features a pull-out couch, desk, dresser and large flat screen TV. Outdoors you can enjoy relaxing in the polyresin gliders on the front patio or in the patio furniture on the back patio.
The garage is screened to be able to provide open space while still keeping pests away. This home is without a doubt furnished in a way that will make you feel like home.
