We are located in the center of the Coachella Valley, with 120 of the best golf courses in the world and approximately 15 minutes from Stagecoach and Coachella venues. The world-famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens is down the street. El Paseo's shopping and great restaurants are 10 minutes away. Home has close access to freeway. Only 20 minutes from Palm Springs.
Spacious one acre private estate with oversized covered patio with integrated misters, a phenomenal pool with various water features, including a waterfall, fog machine and party lights. Built in misters cool off entire covered patio area! One acre yard includes gorgeous tropical landscape, rose gardens, Sand Volleyball court, Bocce Ball court, ping pong-table, half court basketball, Pickleball court and corn hole! Enjoy extra large outdoor dining with a table for 6, as well as a high top for four. There is also a seating area between the tables that seats 8. The beautiful, open floor plan includes an oversized custom kitchen, formal dining room and pool room. It sleeps up to 8, per the city of Palm Desert requirements for a 4 bedroom home. We also have two fold up twin beds that can be moved around to different rooms. The Sonos audio system is in every room, including the pool and jacuzzi areas! It is controlled by smartphones, just download the app! The detached casita has a separate kitchenette, living area with tv and private King bedroom. Custom lighting shows off the amazing Palm Trees swaying in the desert breezes at night.l
