Summary: We stayed in 401 and had a lift. Apartment was convenient location that is a about 20 minutes walk to center of Tenjin. Subway and buses nearby. Bathroom waa clean but ventilation was terrible and seems to only trigger if someone is using on the toilet. We didn't use the washing machine because of lack of dertergent but we loved the dryer functionality in the bathroom for the few things we handwashed. We had a minor issue with missing wifi password so had to call on the ipad downstairs to ask. A bigger issue were all 3 beds had dirty sheets and pillowcases with various brown, yellow and blood stains. Someone was sent over the next day to change them but seems only the bedcovers were changed. The ipad downstairs do not have good reception and seems to have volume preset to very low. We didn't want to deal with the hassle again so let it go. The table was also a bit dirty when we checked in and seemed permanently stained even when we tried to wipe it. Overall, the place was convenient and spacious for our stay of 1 week but we will likely book elsewhere next time because of cleanliness issues, although we didn't see any bugs in the room but we got some itchy raises bumps on our skin near the end of our stay so maybe bug bites.
