Welcome home to the "Penthouse on Main" - Take the elevator up to your private 3rd floor space and enjoy the ultimate experience in luxury loft living in the heart of Blue Ridge, GA on Main Street.
The living room features a wall of windows overlooking charming downtown BR, a Streaming TV, a plethora of reading material, and a dining area that seats 4 with 2 stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a retro style fridge, kettle, mixing utensils, knife set, Keurig, Ice maker, 12 cup brew pot, measuring utensils, pitcher, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cutting boards, strainers, muffin pan, bottle opener, wine opener, can opener, grater, pots and pans, and serving platters. The open concept kitchen and living space are flooded with natural light from the ceiling to floor windows providing you with a serene area to gather and entertain
Experience the view from your own private deck for coffee and the sunrise or cocktails and the sunset. If you prefer warm views from indoors, snuggle up in luxury leather recliners with hot tea or cocoa and a good book.
The penthouse features 2 bedrooms. The first is a stunning master suite with wall of windows highlighting the other side of downtown BR, a private balcony overlooking the train, a sitting area, a Streaming TV, workspace, walk in closet, and an attached bathroom with a free standing soak tub, tile walk in shower, Jack and Jill sinks, and a bidet.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, Streaming TV, balcony access, and access to the main bathroom with a tile walk in shower.
There is also a washroom with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, pack n play for guests to use as needed.
Staying inside is just as wonderful as heading outdoors to explore and enjoy the beautiful shops and restaurants that Blue Ridge has to offer!

The Penthouse comes with 2 designated, free parking spaces located behind the units. If you need more parking for visitors or additional guests, there is free street parking on Main Street. There is also a paid parking lot in front of our building with a suggested donation of $5 that benefits the local rescue shelter.
We believe you will find everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Blue Ridge. We invite you to get cozy in your home away from home, surf high-speed internet and enjoy countless activities like hiking, mountain biking/climbing, helicopter rides over the mountains, apple picking, waterfall tours, yoga, paddle boarding, hand gliding, and more all within minutes.
The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this property is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
$150 pet fee per stay, 2 dogs allowed maximum, and all dogs MUST be house trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the penthouse, and to pick up after them.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
