3 Bedroom House with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Balcony
This gorgeous newly-remodeled home includes everything you could ask for, independently air conditioning for each zone, great for entertaining various guests.
This home features a fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is a pool table located in the living room for entertainment with friends and family.
The first bedroom includes two queen sized beds. There is also a desk and chair in the room as well. The second bedroom includes a king sized bed and a desk and chair. There is also a murphy queen sized bed that pulls down in the living room area.
There are fresh linens, pillows, and a television in each room. The walk-in closet provides ample space for any clothing or storage. Essential bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The sliding doors located around the home allow for easy and direct access in and out of the home. Guests can enjoy a beautiful ocean view throughout the entire home as there is a wrap-around deck.
Please note that hot water and electricity are provided for the guests.
Parking is available through the driveway.

The home is very serene and quiet. You can watch the sunset from the pool or the deck and relax, enjoying the sounds of nature.
Guests who wish to check in earlier or check out later must give a 48 hour notice before, which is subject to availability. There is a fee of 1/4 of the daily rate per hour. For guests looking for early check in/late check out up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply.
This is House #2. We also host two other homes nearby. House #1 and House #3 are about a 5 minute walking distance. You are unable to see the other homes from House #2. Each home is a standalone home so you will have your own privacy as they are completely separate and distanced. Please message us if you have a large party and are looking to also book House #1!
Parties are not permitted. This is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee.
There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
The additional farm dwelling shall only be used to provide shelter for persons involved in the agricultural or farm-related activity on the building site. Family members who are not engaged in agricultural or farm-related activities are allowed to reside in the farm dwelling.
