Welcome to our centrally located Fayetteville home where you get the best of both worlds - easy access to city attractions in a vibrant & safe neighborhood with a beautiful setting + nature views.
The home is ideally situated one block away from the city's largest public park (Wilson Park) and near the walking trail that leads to University, Dickson Street, and Downtown.
The inside of the home is gorgeous with huge windows, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space.
The open floor plan and nearly wall to wall windows in the back of this home give it an amazing feel. The kitchen is connected to the living/play space so everyone can stay connected while you prepare a meal.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a smart tv, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, and two vanity areas. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a dresser. Both primary & secondary bedrooms have a sliding glass door with access to the patio that overlooks the creek. The third bedroom includes a single daybed with a pull-out trundle single bed. A second full bathroom downstairs offers a shower and tub and is located near the second and third bedrooms. Additionally, a queen-size air mattress is available in the closet in case you need an additional bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a set of pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils.
We provide guests with a coffee maker and some complimentary coffee.
The home also has a gas barbecue for grilling, outdoor patio furniture, a hammock, and rocking chairs for relaxation or to enjoy the sunset.
Both smart TVs have access to AT&T TV and the home has high-speed internet access throughout. We also have an Echo in the kitchen with Alexa as your digital assistant.
Guests will find a variety of board and card games as well as a standing arcade Pac-Man & Galaga. Guests are welcome to use the tennis rackets and/or pickleball paddles to enjoy a match at nearby Wilson Park.

Just past the park is the Frisco trail which will lead you to Dickson Street and easy access to the University of Arkansas, entertainment at bars, restaurants, theatre, downtown, and more. Or simply enjoy a long walk along the trail which is beautiful and goes for miles.
There are many restaurants, food trucks, and other entertainment within walking (or very short commuting) distance. There is a roller skating rink just two blocks down the road which is fun if you are traveling with kids.
The neighborhood itself is very safe and friendly. The residents of the homes are mostly full-time residents that love their neighbors, are frequently out walking, and enjoying the great vibes of the neighborhood streets and park.
