Luxurious, cloud-like mattresses ensure everyone will rest comfortably after a day of exploring or networking.

There’s also a third bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and an additional queen sleeper. This area opens to a lower deck with seating for six and a cozy covered brick patio we like to call The Palm Grotto.

This place was perfect! Great views, great location, spacious, and all the amenities of home. Kim was a great host, provided all of the information we needed, and was super-responsive. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the yard was great for our dog, and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree set up, which made for a great family Christmas away from home. Thank you Kim, for helping to make our Christmas this year a memorable one!
Note on the Location:
As a San Diego city house, Casa Colibri sits close to the airport, freeways, and transit, making it incredibly convenient. While you may hear some ambient city noise, most guests find it fades into the background, allowing them to enjoy the views, ambiance, and unbeatable location. We are so close to MCRD that we can faintly hear the Marine Bugle Call in the morning and evening.
Please note: Guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and accept responsibility for the condition of the Property. A valid ID is required to complete the reservation process.
Your Reservation is for the number of people you have booked in your Reservation - if you desire to change the number of people it must be submitted through VRBO.
No Parties allowed on the property. Just the guests that are booked and staying overnight. We have a separate welcome letter that will be emailed to you after you book.
We have an additional per pet fee and allow up to two dogs.
