Leave the chaotic world behind in this spacious and serene space. A sanctuary at the edge of 100's of acres of National Forest with the most amazing view of the mountains behind the gazebo! Every guest that arrives say the pictures do not do it justice. Approximately 620 sq. ft. , entire walkout basement, with private ADT-secured entrance, private bath, king-sized bed in large bedroom with a La-Z-Boy full-sized pullout sleeper couch that could be a home-away-from-home for anyone looking to get into the mountains for a bit. Could also be a honeymoon suite for couples choosing to use the property as a backdrop for a small wedding. A $1000 event fee will be added for a wedding event. Pets welcome with pet deposit, but are not allowed on the furniture. Please let the owner know you are bringing a pet so the pet fee can be added to the charges.
There is a mandatory insurance, because unfortunately I have had guests damage and/or steal my property and without this insurance I have no way to recover those damages.
Please note that Park County is currently under a Red Flag Warning and there is no smoking outside due to the extremely high fire danger. There is no smoking in the unit, either.
The owner lives upstairs on a separate ADT Security partition.
