Positive: The staff were really kind and friendly and did everything they could to accommodate our stay. Rooms were tidied regularly and fresh towels were always given. Our room even had a hairdryer and straightener which was nice. The rooms are tidy but they are definitely cheap rooms - do not expect anything fancy here.
Negative: The walls are very thin between rooms, so be prepared to hear everything that happens in your neighboring rooms. There is no fan in the bathroom, so it does get quite steamy and humid in the room, and the blinds are not block out blinds. If you struggle to sleep when light is in the room, I recommend you bring an eye mask.
