Charming 45m² duplex (classified as 2-star tourist accommodation in April 2017) completely renovated and tastefully furnished by the owner, Laure, interior decorator.
Located in Provence in the heart of Comtat Venaissin, the cottage is less than 500 meters from the historic city center of Pernes Les Fontaines in a small dead end. A part of the garden is reserved for you with barbecue as well as a parking space on the property and you can enjoy an exceptional view of the plain and the Dentelles de Montmirail. You will also enjoy relaxing in a 10mX5m swimming pool around 30 ° even in September, equipped with an aqua bike and shared with the owners. On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a wardrobe, a comfortable convertible sofa (to accommodate two people at night), a bench seat and a television with DVD player. The kitchen and dining area will allow you to cook comfortably in a real fully equipped kitchen. Finally, you will find a bathroom with spacious shower and wc. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned attic room awaits you to rest in a large double bed in 160X200 and a single bed in 90X190 mansard. Finally, an integrated dressing room and a space to put your luggage will allow you to settle in at ease to enjoy your stay.

Summary: The gite worked well for us, there was enough room to do everything we wanted in the house, the bed is so comfortable and the dog "Liberty" is delightful. The stairs are a little bit steep and the loft bedroom was a challenge for Dallas - he's prone to bumping his head. Our comments are based on being an older retired, not as spritely as we thought we were couple. The town is a delight to visit.
