Summary: Everything has been updated and remodeled - really nicely. You can not get closer to the beach and being on the third floor gives you incredible views of everything. You actually enter the building on the second floor so its only one easy flight of stair or an elevator ride up. The balcony is huge (bigger than the pictures make it seem) and perfect for watching whales go by. The location is nicely situated between Cabo and San Jose. We rented a car which was helpful and parking is very close to the unit. We didn't pay the daily resort fee so we didn't use the gym or spa. The owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive. We highly recommend the property. Cabo in general is taking Covid very seriously and we felt safe everywhere we went. I also left a huge bottle of excellent tequila for the next guests.
