This house is a well-built home with a great layout split floor plan for all of the family to enjoy their Gainesville, Florida stay. It has 4 bedrooms with a master bedroom that has its own on suite bathroom. The kids room has bunk beds with 1 twin bed and 1 full size bed. The grill is preloaded with propane and ready for you to BBQ outside on the patio. The property has a private fenced in back yard for your pets to enjoy and play safely. The house also has an enclosed garage if it is raining and you'd like your car protected from the weather.
