Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The beds were clean and comfortable, and the people in communication were very friendly and accommodating.

Negative: I was expecting a higher standard based on reviews and photos. Doors to the toilet downstairs didnt shut, with no handwash or hand towel inside, the shower ensuite door didnt shut and it is barely big enough to use with the oversized shower inside the tiny space. The main bathroom had black grit around the sink and bath tub and there was no way to use the shower as the plug was not able to be lifted not that we would have done based on the cleanliness. The bedrooms had thick dust on the blinds, the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking with old and worn pots and no baking trays for the oven and it was generally needing an upgrade. We had no sacks to properly remove rubbish and there were no dishwasher tablets available. There were a lot of obviously quick jobs done to patch things like leaks or door frame issues I dont want to seem petty but it really didnt come across as a quality place to stay and we were glad to only stay one night.
