Positive: Really nice hotel, very clean, reasonably priced.
Negative: The staff really don’t like people checking in after 7PM. Given that it isn’t easy to get to the place, as it’s an hour long bus ride from Odawara, they should be willing to be available a bit later. It was stressful to have to plan to get to Odawara by 5:30PM or earlier to catch the bus in time to get to the place before 7. It’s a hotel, it doesn’t matter if it’s remote, you have to be a bit more flexible about check-ins.
