DAS DORF SASBACHWALDEN Sasbachwalden liegt am Westhang des Schwarzwaldes, es hat 2500 Einwohner, ist klein und hübsch, gleichzeitig ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für wunderschöne Ferien brauchen. Es wurde vielfach für seine originalen Fachwerkhäuser, seine Blumen und die herrliche Umgebung ausgezeichnet. Sie sind hier der Natur ganz nah und brauchen doch nicht auf Annehmlichkeiten und Komfort zu verzichten. DAS FERIENHAUS STRAUBEHOF Das frei stehende Ferienhaus Straubehof wurde 1993 im Stil eines klassischen Fachwerkhauses in hoher Qualität und anspruchsvoller Ausstattung gebaut. Es liegt auf 400 m Höhe, zwischen Wald, Wiese und Wein, etwas abseits der Landstrasse auf dem Weg zur Schwarzwaldhochstrasse in einem 3000 qm grossen, naturnahen Garten mit fantastischen Fernblick bis ins Elsass. Im Haus befinden sich unsere zwei grossen Ferienwohnungen: Talblick, 80 qm und Bachblick, 100 qm. Beide verfügen über einen separaten Eingang, sowie Terrassen mit direktem Zugang zu Garten und Pool. Die Ferienwohnungen und ihre sehr umfangreiche und hochwertige Ausstattung wurden vom DTV mit 4 bzw. 5 Sternen ausgezeichnet. Die hauseigene Sauna sorgt für wohlige Wärme im Winter, der 8x4 m grosse Pool für Erfrischung in der warmen Jahreszeit. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein eigener Parkplatz für Sie reserviert. ERLEBNISSE Hier ist Ihr Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Erlebnisse: Wandern auf vielfältigen Wanderwegen oder einfach drauflos, Ausflüge in die Umgebung bis ins Elsass und Strassburg, Sport, Fahrradtouren (E-Bikes bei der TI), Tennis, Schwimmen im Waldschwimmbad (gratis) mit vielen Attraktionen, Montainbiking (moderner, grosser Trail auf internationalem Niveau), Golf (nur eine Viertelstunde entfernt), Speisen in wunderbaren Gasthäusern von einfach-herzhaft bis 1 Michelin-Stern, Weinproben und Weinkaufen bei tollen Winzern und in der Winzergenossenschaft, Kultur, bemerkenswerte Veranstaltungen von Tonarten, Kunstausstellungen...und Entspannen!
Sie erreichen Ihre Ferienwohnung ebenerdig nach einem kurzen Gang durch den Garten zu Ihrem separaten Eingang. Durch grosse Terrassentüren können Sie vom Wohnraum und dem Elternschlafzimmer auf die sehr grosse gepflasterte Terrasse gehen. Vom Wohnzimmer haben Sie einen wunderbaren Blick in den Garten und auf die Rheinebene bis zu den 50 km entfernten Vogesen im Elsass. Die Wohnräume sind einheitlich rotbraun gefliest, Bad und Küche weiss gekachelt. Die Schlafzimmer haben Teppichboden. Die Möbel sind zu einem Teil für diese Wohnung angefertigt worden. Zum anderen Teil sind antike Weichholzmöbel passend fachmännisch aufgearbeitet worden. Alle Gardinen und Polsterstoffe sind aufeinander abgestimmt. Die grosse Anzahl an Bildern, zum Teil Originale und ein grosser Teppich sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Hier können sie komfortabel und ausgiebig kochen. Auf der gleichen Ebene wie Ihre Ferienwohnung ist auch die Sauna mit Schwalldusche und Ruheliegen, die Sie und die anderen Feriengäste unentgeltlich benutzen können. Im Nebenhaus gibt es ausserdem Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Garten vor dem Haus ist ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto reserviert. 1 Haustier in dieser Wohnung auf Anfrage erlaubt. 15,- Euro pro Tag.
