Positive: Ruben is a great host, and the communication was excellent. We didn't have enough bed sheets, but after writing to Ruben about it, a cleaning fairy brought them over in literally half an hour! Extra thanks for the automation—we didn't meet in person, but we got the key and all the support we needed, which gave us more flexibility. The apartment is nice and clean, the beds are comfy (as well as the couch), the furniture is modern, and the many small cozy light sources deserve an extra plus. As another bonus, Ruben prepared lots of goodies like tea and coffee, as well as complimentary wine and sweets, which was really nice and thoughtful. The location is also great, as the apartment is less than 10 minutes' walking distance from the train station and is very central. It was a great experience—definitely recommending Ruben as a host!
Negative: Almost everything was perfect, except for a couple of small problems like a missing hand towel or bed sheets (which were resolved very quickly). Nothing that would ruin or damage your positive experience.
