Enjoy extras like the outdoor shower and dual balconies and have fun with kayaks and bicycles provided for your use.
Beneath the home, covered parking for up to two vehicles is provided with additional parking space for more vehicles and a boat in the driveway. There is also a spacious gathering area complete with a bar, charcoal grill, and picnic table overlooking the private beach on the Lagoon. After a day at the beach, indulge in an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse. Inside the storage closet you'll find kayaks, bicycles, and beach gear for your convenience.

On the second level, an additional living area and a small nook with a desk overlook the first level of the home. The Queen suite on this floor comes with a full bath conveniently located down the hall.
Access to a large sun deck with loungers provides spectacular views of the Lagoon and the Gulf. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
