The exquisite "Fanta Sea" luxury Mediterranean style beach home will leave you breathless! This gorgeous home is in the prestigious neighborhood of St. Tropez, in the heart of Miramar Beach and only a short walk to the beach. Fanta Sea is secluded in paradise and perfect for your special vacation!
Fanta Sea has everything for the perfect getaway- from the weathered cobblestone streets and pathways, to the quality craftsmanship of hand-stained stucco and custom tile roofs. Everything about this home is high end, including all finishings, architecture, appliances and décor.
As you enter the home, you will find 1 King bedroom, a laundry room, a full bath, and a large outdoor grilling and seating area. The second floor is the living and entertainment floor with a large roomy living room with full sleeper sofa, dining room upgraded chef’s dream kitchen! The sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to one of the serene covered balconies, complete with cypress wood ceilings. The luxurious master retreat and additional guest room are located on the third floor. The master has a large en-suite bath, walk in closets and a private balcony! The 3rd bedroom has queen over queen bunk-beds and a full bath in the hallway.
An array of amenities is at your doorstep! A Gulf-front seafood restaurant is across the street and several other great restaurants are within walking distance of the home. Guests are four blocks to the Winn-Dixie grocery store and a short distance to Silver Sands Designer Factory Stores, one mile east of Sandestin Resort and Village at Baytowne Wharf and minutes from Destin Commons Mall and popular family attractions.
