Our newly remodeled spacious property is your perfect home base to explore the Valley of the Sun. Wake up in the morning & enjoy a scenic hike at the nearby Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Spend the day lounging by the heated pool and challenge your travel mates to a variety of lawn games. Grill dinner on the BBQ & dine al fresco. For the evening’s entertainment it's a short 20 min drive to either old town Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix or enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants. Wrap up the perfect day with a soak in the hot tub and share the stories of the day gathered around the outdoor firepit.
THE SPACE:
This spacious property offers 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and laundry room. You’ll enjoy the large resort style backyard with heated swimming pool, 7 person luxury hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, fire pit and game turf where you can play all your favorite outdoor lawn games, corn hole, bocce ball and more. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs for your group to relax and enjoy.
There are Smart TV's in every room. The Living room boasts a 65" TV. There is a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom and the game room. All the rest of the bedrooms contain 43" TV's. There is free high speed internet.
BEDROOMS
Master Suite – The expansive master suite contains a luxurious king size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower, a large walk in closet and sliding glass doors that lead you directly to the pool/BBQ area.
Master Bedroom 2 - Bedroom 2 contains a luxurious king size bed, and semi-private bathroom located just across the hall.
Bedroom 3 – One full and one twin bed
Bedroom 4 – One queen bed
Bedroom 5 – One twin over full bunk bed

Large driveway to accommodate parking. Street parking is ok as well.

POOL/SPA INFORMATION
House has self closing pool safety doors and gates, but please always watch your children around water! POOL HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED. The cost to heat the pool is typically around $125 per day and is available October – May. Early fall and late spring this price may be discounted for warmer weather conditions and for stays of a week or longer. You must request and pay for the pool heat no later than 5 days prior to your check-in. Hot tub use is included.
