Make yourself at home in this completely remodeled open farmhouse including a fully equipped kitchen, with every amenity needed. There are 2 coffee makers for your choice of brewing pleasure (Keurig single serve and Black & Decker Thermal Carafe 12 cup) !
It has 3 large, private bedrooms all with a queen bed and one with a twin day bed and trundle bed w/ sheets and towels included. There are 2 full bathrooms - one on each level!
The living room boasts leather furniture and a flat screen 58” UHD TV with free digital cable and high speed Internet/Wi-Fi! It has a pellet stove for cozy warmth in the winter.
The farmhouse is located 4 miles to the famous Settlers Green shopping outlets, 6 miles to North Conway Village - just far enough to decompress and enjoy the mountain air, but close enough to enjoy a restaurant, movie, skiing, hiking, swimming, fishing, golfing, ice skating, biking, snowmobiling, shopping, antiquing, etc....
It is 2 miles to the Kancamagus Highway, 7 miles to Cranmore Mountain, 8 miles to King Pine, 14 miles to Attitash Ski Resort. It is walking distance to Corridor 19 snowmobile trail.
The large first floor bedroom is secluded away from the common areas on the main floor. It has a queen size bed, plenty of storage and beautiful gas fireplace for romance and wonderful warmth. Another 43" smart TV with cable is available to watch from your bed. It has beautiful sliding glass doors to the outside deck with a great woodland view.
The second bedroom (upstairs) has been outfitted with a Queen Bed in the same style.
The third bedroom, upstairs is a giant space so it has both a queen bed and a twin bed and still plenty of room to spare. Another smart cable TV is located in this bedroom.
Ceiling fans are in most rooms to catch the cool NH breeze. Central A/C is in every room for summer comfort.
The large “Trex” deck includes new Weber gas grill, table,chairs with umbrella and fire pit with more adirondack chairs. It overlooks a large 1 acre yard with numerous perennial gardens and peaceful woodlands with mature trees. The wonderful propane fire pit table on the deck helps you relish the extra - bright starlit nights.
