• Parking: There is parking in the 2 car garage, as well as in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.

• 1 camera in front of the house looking onto the driveway

• Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD or chains, as this home has a steep driveway;

• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
