Positive: Very clean; well equipped - everything is exactly as it appears in the photos. Very good wifi connection. Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. The administrators do not speak English but we managed to communicate with them in writing, via whatsapp (I think they use some translator program); we received answers to all our questions. Bus stop to the center 5 minutes away; a lot of supermarkets in the area; restaurants 5-10 minutes away - for all tastes and budgets The beach about 10-15 minutes walking distance (notice to those who do not like to walk or do not have the necessary physical condition); small pebbles on the beach; you can choose to sit on a sunbed (approx. 150 lira per person) or use the area without sunbeds, for free. Showers and toilet on the beach.
Negative: The cleanliness on the way to the beach and on the beach itself leaves much to be desired, but that it is not the host's fault. The upstairs bathroom is difficult to ventilate; there is no air conditioning in the upstairs hall, but they were not a big inconvenience for us.
