Extraordinary and beautiful vacation home, XL marked and quietly located in idyllic surroundings in Istria's inland. Due to the location in the middle of the magnificent pasture and forest landscape, this property offers a lot of privacy. The house has been restored in traditional Istrian style and furnished with attention to detail. You will find unique antiques and will feel transported back to old times. A lot of comfort is offered by the modern equipment with internet connection. In the guest room, which is located on the first floor, you will find a ceiling projector with a screen on which you can watch TV and play video games. In the main hall you can spend sociable evenings at the bar and fireplace listening to music. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. SZ 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor and have a separate outside entrance. SZ 3 is on the 1st floor and is reached by an outside staircase. The double beds in SZ1, SZ3,SZ4 and SZ5 can also be used as single beds. A spacious and professionally equipped kitchen is available. On request and for a fee, the owner can organize a cook to prepare traditional Istrian as well as international dishes, which you can enjoy in the dining room for 12 people. On the spacious green areas you will find numerous possibilities to make your vacation relaxing and active. There is a volleyball and badminton court and for the little guests there is a lot of playground equipment such as slide, swing and playhouse. There are several routes for Nordic walking, billiards and table tennis. After the sporting activity you can refresh yourself in the inviting pool. This vacation home is ideal for several families or friends and is a guarantee for an unforgettable and great vacation.
